The all-inclusive hotel experiences have changed, and more and more globetrotters are interested in this kind of accommodation in 2023.
Travelers want to feel pampered and taken care of, and newer resorts have everything to meet all their guests’ needs.
And that’s not all. Large resort corporations have included new services, more luxury, and new activities to the all-inclusive experience to make it even more remarkable and truly make guests feel like they are in paradise.
One of these hospitality companies upgrading their resort experience is Hyatt Hotels Corporation, which recently announced a brand new resort complex with new all-inclusive concepts in Cancun.
The complex will combine and connect two large properties: the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island and the Dreams Grand Island. Owners and managers expect that this huge project will become a desirable destination for all kinds of travelers.
Both properties will open in 2024, joining the all-inclusive collection of the hotel chain.
What Are The Differences Between The Two Resorts?
The Hyatt Vivid Grand Island will be the first hotel for this new brand, Hyatt Vivid, debuting in Cancun.
This adults-only resort is part of a new concept that expects to attract new generations into a modernized all-inclusive experience.
According to the information shared in the press release, the new Hyatt Vivid addressed couples, groups of friends, and solo travelers.
The Hyatt Vivid Grand Island will not only offer delicious food, amazing amenities, and traditional services, but it will also encourage social interaction through exciting dining, entertainment, and programming experiences.
Guests will also have locally inspired itineraries and all the comfort they need. This new brand aims to offer simplicity and casual comforts over formality.
Travelers can expect fun culinary experiences like ceviche carts and taco trucks, as well as unique wellness and fitness activities.
Literally on the other side, the Dreams Grand Island will offer a more family-friendly experience.
This all-inclusive brand is already known and includes properties in top destinations like Greece, Panama, Costa Rica, Spain, and St. Lucia.
This new hotel will join the other 29 Dreams Resorts & Spas already opened.
Dreams Grand Island offers guests Unlimited-Luxury services, providing access to the best rooms, in-class service, unlimited top-shelf drinks, and more.
What Are The Main Amenities?
The Hyatt Vivid Grand Island will have 400 guest rooms, and the Dreams Grand Island will have 616 rooms, a total of 1016 rooms combined. Both buildings will be located side by side, in front of the beach.
Both properties will have rooms with amazing ocean views and unique decorations that offer guests different experiences but will also allow them to access shared amenities and experiences seamlessly.
Combined, both all-inclusive resorts will offer guests 19 restaurants with special culinary experiences —Mexican, Japanese, Mediterranean, French, and more— multiple pools, a beach club, a spa with 25 treatment rooms, entertainment, and more.
More details of the amenities and the new properties should be revealed within the next few months.
What Other All-Inclusive Resorts Has Hyatt Opened Lately?
Hyatt has recently announced another new property in Mexico, not too far from Cancun. The new Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres will open its doors by the end of this year, featuring 509 rooms in a secluded paradise in Costa Mujeres.
Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres will be an adults-only resort —just like the new Hyatt Vivid Grand Island— and will offer interesting gourmet experiences and elegant lounges.
And just a few weeks ago, Hyatt also announced the opening of four new all-inclusive resorts in European beaches, in more off-the-beaten-path destinations in Bulgaria, Obzor, and Sunny Beach.
The all-inclusive collection keeps expanding, and more travelers seem to be interested in relaxing beach experiences with all their needs covered and new experiences beyond their expectations.
